Alfonso (Fons) is a carpenter by day a building designer by night. He also has a talent for fixing almost anything, you name it; watches, plumbing issues, powered appliances and of course building things in design programs and onsite.

He started his career working onsite large commercial and public projects in demolitions, labouring and site control. Following his passion he becoming a licenced Carpenter. He now embarks on a timely journey of applying his practical experience and studying Building Design.

When he isn’t fixing things around the house, he seeks refuge playing PlayStation, designing on Revit for fun and showing off his mathematical genius.

You’ll most often find him eating arepas for breakfast every morning.

Effie is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Construction Management and has completed her Diploma of Construction Management at university. She has a knack for process and has been in business management of her family’s retail sales business from a very young age. Her drive to understand the constructability of design elements is what brought her into the industry. An attribute highly valued by the GAXA team.

You can catch her at the gym with a coffee in her hand or at a sushi bar with double the amount of wasabi that anyone should bear.

Graziela helps founders, teams, and managers create unfair advantages and evolve to what’s next. She does this by developing strategies to solve complex problems and liberate innovation. Joni’s corporate experience in the construction industry has provided her with a passion for setting up processes and system flows. She loves learning new tools and skills and has a great eye for detail.

She loves to make time for people and the things she loves doing like watching movies, trying out new restos, and meeting up with family and friends.

Professionally, Katherine has over 12 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in Heritage Renovations, Retail and Hospitality Project & Design Management.

Katherine has detailed experience working in Australia and New Zealand working on projects to a total build cost of over $6 billion. Throughout her years of experience she comfortable with budgets of all levels and is passionate about producing luxury feeling spaces on conservative budgets.

Having completed her Masters Of Management, Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Interior Design, Katherine runs her business with a practical approach from executing personal developments, portfolio investing and commercial property management. No mater the scale Katherine leads her team at Studio Gaxa with a cool and calm disposition.

Katherine launched the design studio to capture and execute the clients’ visions from concept to completion and everything in between. Her passionate team shares her values in business and in life to produce the highest level of service to all of their clients.

With 5 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects, Kiany blends elegance with functionality in every design. Her expertise in Revit allows her to produce detailed documentation, including plans, elevations, and intricate details, while her strong communication skills ensure seamless stakeholder engagement and project management.

Kiany is known for her proactive approach, consistently enhancing team collaboration and exceeding client expectations. Driven by the belief that architecture can positively impact the world, she strives to create spaces that are not only stylish but also practical, improving the lives of those who inhabit them.

Klaudia Tufina holds a Master of Architecture and is a dedicated professional with a passion for continuous learning and research. Her keen interest in architecture, urbanism, and sustainability drives her to explore innovative ways to design and create well-planned spaces that enhance the built environment.

As the leader of our Commercial Design department, Klaudia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and creativity. Her commitment to excellence and sustainable practices sets a high standard within the team.

Currently, Klaudia is furthering her education in Urban Planning, aiming to deepen her understanding of urban development and contribute to the creation of more sustainable and livable cities. Her ongoing studies reflect her dedication to professional growth and her desire to make a positive impact on the future of urban landscapes and sustainable development.

With a global palette, Tamta loves creating spaces and drawing pleasing interiors all over the world. She enjoys her job, with the perspective that each task is completed artistically.
