Situated in Wynnum, the project highlights the area’s unique charm through its innovative design approach.

The project involved a full transformation of the internal spaces to reflect a design that is both enduring and mindful of budget constraints. The renovations infused each room with elements that speak to the sophisticated, GAXA-esque design philosophy, which combines practicality with aesthetic appeal. 

The aim of the renovation was to embody Studio Gaxa’s approach to design, which seamlessly integrates lasting quality with cost-effectiveness. The design was intended to reflect the studio’s dynamic and innovative spirit, particularly evident when they are given the freedom to explore creative boundaries. 

Led by Studio Gaxa’s project director, the team executed this project with a focus on materials and design choices that would stand the test of time while adhering to a predetermined budget.
